This form is intended for prospective undergraduate domestic transfer students who have not applied for admission to the University of Missouri.

Please note that our office evaluates general education credits only. Any major-specific credits that are not already in our database will be reviewed by our official credit evaluators shortly after you are admitted. In the meantime, our team will provide any resources available to help you with degree planning prior to admission.

Note: There is no additional cost for the official credit evaluation beyond the application fee.
